Miss Ramsha Rana is a highly qualified Clinical and Health Psychologist with a strong academic foundation and diverse professional experience. Her expertise lies in the application of psychological therapies, health psychology, and mental health management, which she has honed through her education, internships, and work with various organizations.

Ramsha completed her Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology (ADCP) from Riphah International University, Lahore, in 2024, earning a commendable CGPA of 3.49. She also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Health Psychology from Lahore College for Women University, Lahore, with a CGPA of 3.51. Her academic journey began with a BS Honors in Applied Psychology from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, where she achieved a CGPA of 3.69. This academic excellence is further reflected in her consistent performance, including earning top spots in her Master’s class.

In terms of work experience, Ramsha currently serves as a Clinical Psychologist at Focus Life Rehab, where she provides psychotherapy and counseling. She also works as a Clinical/Child Psychologist at Impact for Kids and has experience in rehabilitation settings such as Innovative Zone Rehabilitation. Her previous roles include working as a Counseling Psychologist at FIA Cyber Crime Wing, Rawalpindi, and providing health psychology support at Services Hospital, Lahore. Her work in these positions involved dealing with diverse psychological issues such as disease-related stress, addiction counseling, and conducting psychotherapies for mental health and behavioral disorders.

Ramsha’s earlier internship experiences at Bahawal Victoria Hospital and Shakoor Mind Care Institute provided valuable exposure to treating psychotic patients under the supervision of psychiatrists. Additionally, her role as a Visiting Lecturer at Government Sadiq College for Women University allowed her to develop and teach course curricula, mentor students, and deliver lectures on applied psychology topics.

In the realm of research, Ramsha’s contributions are noteworthy. Her BS thesis on the impact of examination stress on self-esteem and psychological adjustment among students was a pioneering study, and she continued her research focus in MS thesis with a study on the embitterment and psychological well-being of investigating officials. She has also presented her work in conferences, including a poster on Hepatitis Awareness and Occupational Stress, reflecting her broad academic and practical engagement with the community.

Ramsha is proficient in various psychotherapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Biofeedback, and Relaxation Muscle Techniques. She is skilled in psychometric testing, group therapy, and individual therapy, with a focus on mental health and addiction counseling. Her ability to work with diverse populations, manage patient histories, and design treatment plans is supported by her command over tools such as SPSS, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
